01 · ABOUT US

Vendor Central specialists who work from your own numbers.

Every retailer measures success differently, and most vendors sell through several retailers at once. Mastering every metric, report and process at each of them simply isn't realistic, and Amazon is one of the most complex of all. That's where we focus. Our team has years of experience with Amazon Retail accounts, so we understand what each metric means for a business like yours.

In practice, we see the same pattern again and again. The data is all there in Vendor Central, but teams juggling several retailers rarely have the time to turn it into decisions. So we do it with you. We dive deep into your Vendor Central reports, analyse them line by line, find where more money can be made, and turn what we find into clear action points your team can put to work.

We work as an extension of your team, not as outside consultants who hand over a report and disappear. Every two weeks we share what has changed in your account, why it changed and what we're doing next, so progress is always visible and nothing is left to guesswork.

Whether you sell on one marketplace or on Amazon stores across several continents, our focus stays the same: help every ASIN earn its place, protect the margin you work hard for, and give you the confidence to negotiate with Amazon on an equal footing.

02 · WHAT WE OFFER

Three problems almost every vendor we speak to has.

PROBLEM 1

“We raise a case and get a template reply.”

Most vendors lack specialised Amazon support. Cases bounce between teams, issues go unheard, and nobody explains why the numbers moved.

PROBLEM 2

“We can see the reports. We just can't read them.”

Net PPM, contra COGS, revenue and a thousand other metrics sit in different reports, in different places. Working out what is actually hurting margin takes hours we don't have.

PROBLEM 3

“Our products are getting lost in the category.”

Categories are crowded and competitors keep launching. Without a clear view of where demand is going, it's hard to decide what to push, fix or launch next.

Our toolkit

The specialised tools we use to tackle these problems. Each one turns your Vendor Central reports into a short list of actions.

Profitability

  • A clear action for every ASIN
  • Content health score for every ASIN
  • Clear priorities for where to run promotions
  • Refreshed with each reporting cycle
03 · HOW WE SOLVE THEM

Three pillars. Start with one or take all three.

Every engagement is built around the pillars below, each with its own baseline, so you always know which work produced which result.

PILLAR I

Revenue

Stand out in the category

Grow shipped revenue by fixing what stops customers from finding and buying your products, and by finding demand you aren't serving yet.

  • Whitespace analysis to find catalogue gaps
  • ASIN matrix to prioritise your catalogue
  • Out-of-stock and lost buy box analysis
  • Catalogue and detail page health reviews
PILLAR II

Profitability

Make the metrics readable

Protect Net PPM by tracking every line between shipped revenue and what you actually keep, ASIN by ASIN.

  • Net PPM tracked at ASIN level
  • Contra COGS audit to verify every deduction
  • Margin erosion alerts for low-PPM ASINs
  • ASIN mix modelling
  • Annual terms negotiation support
PILLAR III

Leverage

The support Amazon doesn't give

Recover money lost to chargebacks and fees, and go into every negotiation with Amazon backed by your own data.

  • Chargeback deep dives with root-cause analysis
  • Evidence-backed cost price increase (CPI) requests

Common questions

Which marketplaces do you cover?

We work with 1P vendors on Amazon's major marketplaces worldwide: the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil; the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium; Japan, Australia, India and Singapore; and the UAE and Saudi Arabia. We can report on each marketplace separately or combine them into one global view. If your marketplace isn't listed, ask us.

Do you work with Seller Central (3P) sellers?

Yes. Our core focus is Amazon Retail (Vendor Central), but we're happy to review your Seller Central account too. Tell us what you're working on and we'll find the right way to help.

Do you need login access to our Vendor Central account?

No. We work from the report exports you already download, shared on a regular schedule. At the start we give you a checklist of exactly which reports we need.

When should we start preparing for annual terms negotiations?

Ideally two to three months before your negotiation opens. That gives us time to review a full year of data and build your evidence pack. We can still help if your negotiation is already under way.

Do we have to sign up for all three pillars?

No. You can start with one pillar and add others later. Many vendors start with the area that's hurting most.

How much does it cost?

It depends on which pillars you choose. We'll go through pricing on a diagnostic call once we understand your account.
